Virtual Programs for Adults

The virtual programs on this list are being hosted by individuals who have permitted us to share this information with our patrons. 


Yoga with Tammy Z
Mondays @ 7 p.m.

Join Ms. Tammy Ziccardi via Zoom for a very welcoming and positive class to introduce you to the common poses practiced in yoga. All levels welcome! There is a small fee for the class, and can paid via paypal directly to Tammy.

Unwind: A Knitting and Crocheting Group 
 Wednesday, April 15th at 7:00pm.

Whether or not you are experienced at knitting and crocheting or just learning, anyone is welcome to join the group online during this time to work your own projects. Virtual knitting and crocheting will be conducted via the free video conferencing software Zoom.

Essential Oils with Lindsey Reese

Healthy Minds: A Three Part Behavioral Health and Wellness Online Workshop
Tuesdays, April 21, May 19, and June 23 @ 1:30 p.m.

The mind and the body are truly connected and daily habits like sleep, eating, exercise and even thinking have an impact on our mental wellness. The purpose of the Healthy Minds Workshop is to improve overall wellness through the opportunity for learning, practicing and reflecting upon the connections between the body and the mind. Presented by Lindsay Schessler, Community Outreach Specialist, Jefferson Hospital Counseling Services.

Session 2: Healthy Thoughts – Tuesday, May 19th, 2020 1:30pm
